Don't Stop BelievingLast month we published our superstar organizers Fabian and Melanie. Since then we have added many Finnish stars to the list and would like to highlight two very special ones in this post. This year two of the organizers are PMF office staff themselves, Heini Elo and Jonna Berghäll. There's no limit to the awesomeness of these two women. Heini from Team HeKla is a two time world champion of freestyle and has countless other national and international achievements on her record, including Finnish women’s head down record. She even participated in the Scandinavian women’s belly record back in 1999. Despite (or maybe because) her world class achievements Heini’s trademark is her positive and sympathetic attitude with which she has helped many a student to hone their skills. She quite recently switched over to the freeflying side of skydiving and is totally rocking it both in the sky and in the tunnel. Can’t wait to see her moves next summer! Jonna in her turn has made some pretty awesome accomplishments in big ways. She was part of the women's vertical world record (41-way) in Arizona last year and she also took part in both open (14-way) and women’s (6-way) national head down records. Busy year for our girl! The women’s record was actually set during last year’s PMF boogie and some girlie big way action can be expected this year too. Our powergirl Jonna has already set her sights to year 2012 which will see another women’s national record attempt. Jonna is going to be organizing skills camps to help our ladies improve their head down skills. One of those camps is going to take place during next summer’s Pimp my Fly boogie.
